STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort is a 5* Resort located in the South of Phuket island. The resort holds 162 Suites and Villas. The resort offers a wide range of facilities: Gym, Spa, Wellness clinic, Organic farm. STAY Resort offers 3 dining options. Fresca Kitchens & Deli, CHICA Rooftop Lounge and Stay Green Café.
CASABAY Luxury Pool Villas by Stay includes 13 villas ranging from 250sqm 3-bedroom private pool villa to 500sqm 6-bedroom private pool villa.

Your Role:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead the Human Resources Team and report directly to GM and Owner.

Key Responsibilities:
Employees – Listen and report employee’s feedback. Monitor employee working and attendance. Conduct inspection.
Recruitment – Efficient recruitment of the hotel’s position. Sourcing of trainees.
Reporting – Monthly payroll and Service Charge payment is accurate and following deadlines
Trainings – Training are conducted to ensure employee’s development and comply with local laws
Employee’s retention – Provide a positive environment and recommend activities

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or in a similar senior role in a hotel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and mentor the HR team.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage the team operations efficiently.
Knowledge on local laws.
