- Has experienced in reservation department 2 years plus at 4-5 star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Good Attitude
- Leadership Skill.
- Multi task skill
- Problem solving skill
