-Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field

-5-7 years of work experience as a Chief Engineer, Project Engineer, or a similar position in the Engineering department

-Complete knowledge of various engineering principles and techniques

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Good time management and organizational skills

-Excellent leadership skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Good communication in english skills
