• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.

• Age between 25-35 years.

• At least 5 years’ experience in construction of Hotel, Real estate development and construction management filed.

• Communicated skills and management with other related field, well organized & able to deal with contractors.

• Knowledge and expertise in construction of Hotel, Real estate development and construction management filed.

• Knowledge and expertise in QS system work

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive interpersonal.

• Good command in both written & spoken English.

• Computer literacy in using MS Office, AutoCAD software relevant to the position.
