Qualification
1. Male or Female, age between 25 - 35 years
2. At least 5 years of Accounting experience
3. Bachelor’s degree in accountancy (CPD license is preferable )
4. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Good command of English in speaking, writing, and reading
6. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
7. Prior experience in Real Estate. (Have experience in Condominium will be an advantage)
8. Experience in Quick Book Program.
Responsibilities:
• Designed & implemented the Accounting programs in Financial & other model.
• Organize everyday bookkeeping
• Manage the cash disbursement journal on a daily basis and the general journal on a daily basis
• Make a daily invoice
• Remain in contact and validate quotations, invoices, credit notes, receipts, and tax invoices on a monthly basis
• Submit report tax of P.N.D.1, 3, 53, Output & Input Tax, and Special Business Tax
• Prepare a monthly report on account payable
• Prepare the company’s advance report
• Prepare the company’s registered assets
• Prepare the company’s financial documents
• Reconcile the company bank account
• Handle monthly, quarterly, annual closings
• Coordinate with other institutes e.g. Department of Business Development, Social Security Office, and The Revenue Department
• Complete other work assigned by the leader as scheduled
