Job Responsibilities:
-Expand Channel Partners : Collaborate with various intermediaries, agencies, and online platforms to facilitate client referrals through channels
-Channel Management : Manage and maintain channel partners to ensure stability and efficiency of partnerships
-Customer Relationship Management : Acquire potential customers through channels, follow up on customer needs, and ultimately facilitate customer visits leading to sales
-Direct Client Acquisition : Find and acquire direct clients through various methods
-Data Analysis and Feedback : Collect data feedback from channels, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies and cooperation models

Qualifications: 
-Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
-Work Experience : Preferably has worked as a real estate agent or in real estate-related work in Phuket
-Special Skills : Good at developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships 
-Professional Skills and Qualities : Looking for an English-speaking agent in Phuket to establish cooperation, generate client referrals and close deals. Fluent in English (knowing Chinese is a plus)
