Key Accountabilities:
Gerneral
•	Processes reservations by e-mail,telephone,or internet online from travel agent.
•	Processes reservations from the sales office, and travel agents.
•	Knows the selling status,rate and benefit of all packages plans.
•	Knows the credit policy of agent and how to code each reservation.
•	Creates and maintion reservation record by date of arrival
•	Arrange for transportation from aquaria Phuket to pick up the guest.
•	Communicates reservation information to the operation team.
•	Prepare ticket for group.
•	Process advance deposit on reservation.
•	Monitors advances deposit.
•	Prepare document booking daily to accounting
•	Open &Closed daily booking.
•	Issue tax invoice.
•	Maintain a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Qualification:
•	Bachelor degree or higher
Experience:
•	2 years and above from reservation
Skills:
•	Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (both Thai & English. Third language is preferable)
•	Self confident
•	Creativity
•	Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
•	Proficient computer skills
•	Cashiering skills
