Key Accountabilities:

Job Context:
• Under general supervision this position is responsible for the maintenance of a department's storeroom which includes, stocking of maintenance materials, inventory control and records, purchasing, and related duties as required.
• Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can't be produced in-house
• Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers
• Answer phone calls and e-mails.
• Perform other relevant duties as required
• Establish contact lists of contractor/ suppliers and update information periodically
• Do daily routine checklist for LSS and Facility
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
• Manage and develop documentation and process requirements

Qualification
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Certification in Electrical, Electronics Mechanical engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or similar field is preferred

Experience
•Several years of experience working in the field
•Ability to work in a team
•Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
•May be required to work outside of normal work hours
•Working experience in maintenance department
•Must be flexible to take on additional tasks to assist company

Skills
-Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
-Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Requires knowledge of automated controls, pneumatic, elector-mechanical and elector-optical devices and methods. Requires ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings and diagrams, P&ID's. Requires good computer and professional communication skills
-Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language
