**Event Manager(1)**
- Hospitality/Tourism degree is an asset, plus 1-2 years’ Event/Catering Planning
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand Thai and English well
- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail!
- Creativity and creative thinking to design events that fit the visions of the clients
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic working style
- Service minded, customer-oriented with good listening & customer service skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Flexible, target-driven, proactive approach
- Able to work flexible hours
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
- Administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Skillful in hospitality and events management and customer/supplier relationship management
- Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties
- Multi-tasker with good time-management and ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation, sales and marketing skills to promote events & attract sponsorship(s)
- Good networking skills to build relationships with vendors and suppliers and attract new customers
- Good understanding of hospitality and events management, requirements and dynamics
- Able to prioritize and make decisions
- Able to reflect and consider ways to improve.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Team player with proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, coach and develop others
- Ability to manage multiple people and events simultaneously
