Qualifications and requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• 2 years of guest service / hotel experience with one year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with other, demonstrated ability
To interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
• Good writing skill
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
• Problem Solving and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills essential when interacting with guests and employees
• Ability to communicate with guests, subordinate and all colleagues within the hotel. Furthermore, be able to create teamwork atmosphere
• Have good personality together with good leadership skill in order to be a team leader
• Possessing a high level of people skills, communicating efficiently and professionally at all levels.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities are often used
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Working effectively and cooperatively with others internally and externally, developing and using collaborative relationship to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
