-Minimum 2 to 3 years Hygiene Manager experience preferably in four or five star hotel.
-Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
-HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)
-Responsible, a self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
-Good communication & guest relation’s skills, a proactive problem solver.
-Good management skills.
-Ability to train culinary and service team on hygiene standards.
