Job description
- Promote customers to buy houses and obtain high commissions
- Give advice to customers who are interested in buying a house / villa.
- Must be able to speak English well
- Sales negotiation skills
- Taking customers to visit the house / villa Ready to present projects and close sales to achieve goals
- Use social media in selling houses/villas very well
- Coordinate with relevant agencies
Qualifications
- It is best to have experience working in a large developer
- Thai nationality
- No limit on educational qualifications

- Under 35 years old
- At least 1 year experience in selling houses/villas
- Positive Thinking and Enthusiasm
- Good English language skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team work and able to work under pressure
- Able to work under pressure
- Highly responsible, always active
- Have a personal car and personal driving license
