- Planning and Time Management: Capability to plan cleaning activities according to facility events and manage time and resources effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick and efficient in resolving issues that arise during cleaning or maintenance tasks.
- Responsibility: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and the condition of property within the facility, including ensuring the safe use of chemicals and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication internally within the department and externally with clients or guests when necessary.
