Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support
- Provide phone, calendar, and printing support for the general counsel
- Calendar management and ability to anticipate needed changes
- Coordination and management of all meetings including director travel arrangements
- Facilitate signature and approval requests
- Handle all aspects of administrative support in a timely and professional manner, including creation/review/revision/proofreading of memos, letters, presentations, and reports
- Prioritize phone, mail, and E-mail messages; respond to requests on behalf of director; track and follow-up on deliverables; maintain files
- Manage documents, including reviewing sensitive documentation
Education and Experience
- 3 year’s experience in secretary for management level
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in any field
- Fluent in English Skill (at least Toeic 750)
- High attention to detail
- Self-Directed, eager to learn and take initiative
- Excellent follow-through skills, both written and verbally, and understands the appropriate time for each
- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding multitasking skills
- Proficient general technical skills including the following specific applications
- Strong Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under deadline pressure
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a distracting and ever-changing environment
- Flexible with overtime hours, early morning hours, late evening hours, as needed on a limited basis
