At least 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage service industry, and preferably have obtained work experiences in 5 stars hotels.

Independent and resourceful with a high level of initiative and ownership.

Has strong financial understanding and management for food costs, and profitability.

Has experience in culinary operations workflow.

Ability to maintain the standard operating procedures and recommend dishes that are suitable for the local taste profile.

Ability to present and report to stakeholders on culinary strategy, menu presentations and culinary operations.



Looking for Food and Beverage Manager for 5 stars hotel in Phuket.

At least 8 years of experience in F&B Management in 5 stars hotel.

Have an experience in develop and plan communication including digital media, out of home, in store media, etc. creating all the promotion materials to public.

Energetic, independent, self-starter with high levels of initiative, ability to think outside the box and problem-solving skills.

Has strong financial understanding and management for food costs, beverage costs and profitability.

Has experience in restaurant operations workflow.

Ability to maintain the standard operating procedures of the hotel.

Fluent in English both of written and spoken (This is a must.)
