1 "• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping function of the resort ,ensuring cleanliness is to the expected International standard required by the resort."

2 "• Responsible to complete Standard Operating Procedures for the Housekeeping department, seeking appropriate approval, implementing them and following up to ensure standards are being maintained."

3 "• Responsible to complete the departmental Rules and Regulations, seeking appropriate approval from the Resort Management."

4 "• Responsible to rain all Housekeeping employees personally to ensure That rules and regulations are known and abided by at all times."

5 "• Responsible to complete Job Descriptions for the department, seeking appropriate approval and implementing."

6 "• Responsible to ensure standards are being maintained, by continually checking the resort on a daily basis, also, random checks of rooms and F/B outlets. "

7 "• To be responsible for the cost controlling function of the department, ensuring costs are monitored, bringing them in line with Resort Management requirements."

8 "• To ensure an accurate free flow of information to and from all employees within the department."

9 "• To ensure that all written documents, reports and such like are accurately written stating facts only."

10 "• To be an active member of the Rooms Division Team, ensuring a most professional service at all times."

11 "• To meet and greet guest during walk about in the resort, accepting any complaints from guests and talking appropriate action."

12 "• To authorize all documents generated by the Housekeeping department."

13 "• To set daily/weekly/monthly departmental meeting for all employees, therefore ensuring that all are aware of the current situation, policies and such like in the resort."

14 "• Responsible to assign and delegate jobs to each section, being held responsible to follow up ensure correct completion and to the deadline set."

15 "• Personally responsible to check all VIP guest rooms prior to guests’ arrival."

16 "• Responsible to arrange an annual “ Spring Clean” of the whole resort."

17 "• Responsible to ensure that all resort uniforms are available on time for all employees before the start their shif, ensuring that they are all well presented and free of damage."

18 "• To co-ordinate with the Engineering department to ensure technical problems are solved."

19 "• Responsible to co-ordinate with engineering to continually maintain guestrooms, setting up time frames for preventative maintenance."

20 "• Responsible to plan and permanently review the organizational structure and manpower to ensure maximum productivity."

21 "• Responsible to monitor around the resort ensuring the highest cleanliness and nicest presentation of the resort."

22 "• Responsible to solve problems within the department, ensuring retraining takes place when needed to ensure that the same problem does not occur again."

23 "• Responsible to search and introduce for new produce for new products, technologies and methods in order to achieve highest possible standard cleanliness."

24 "• Responsible to continually strive to find and implement new and better service standards at all times."

อายุ 35 -45 ปี

ประสบการณ์ ระดับผจก 5 - 10 ปี

มีประสบการณ์ในโรงแรม ต่างชาติ จะพิจารณาพิเศษ

-Male/Female Age 35 years up.

-Previous experience in a role.

-Good English Language skills.

-Strong organizational and administrative skills.

-Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.

-Detailed knowledge of working practices of Housekeeper
