Assistant Chief Accountant
Salary 30-35K Thai Baht
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and analysis
- Support the requested documents for the audit
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Verify and Reconcile invoices with purchace orders and receipts
- Prepare and Process payments to suppliers
- Ensure timely and Accurate recording of accounts payable transactions
- Assist in resolving billing and payment discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and update payment terms as needed
- Reconcile accounts payable with the outstanding balance to general ledger
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Generate and Analyze reports related to accounts payable
- Assist in the preparation of tax and SSO filings.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the chief Accountant
