Qualification:
• Certificate or higher degree in related discipline
• Good attitude, enthusiasm and excellence skills for the position apply.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance preferably in the hospitality industry. Required knowledge of the operation and maintenance.
• Holder of current Licenses for predominant engineering field.
• Able to handle demanding workload.
• Welling to learn and self-development.
• Certificate or higher degree in related discipline
• Required to have knowledge of Air condition VRV system, Mechanical, Pump, Kitchen equipment, Electrical system, Air Handling Units, and all types of exhaust fans. Motor control, MATV, CCTV and swimming pool.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required. Interacts principally with colleagues and occasionally with guests.
• Have service mind.
