- Male, age 25 years and up.

- Have a boat driving license.

- Communication English.

- Ability to operate and maintain a boat.

- Good knowledge of the area, tides and currents.

- Ability to read and interpret weather charts.

- Excellent communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
