Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers as soon as they enquire
- Fact find and book appointments
- Closing regular sales every month
- Manage new customers in CRM
- Source and share potential property listings
- Keep all client records up to date in the CRM
- Ensure the best possible service for all parties (buyers, sellers and developers)
- Working as part of a team, problem solving and overcoming client concerns
- Complete all appointments and communication to the highest professional manner
- Attention to detail and going the extra mile to help clients find the best match
- Hungry attitude to earn high commissions
- Must have good English and Thai business-level language skills
- Exceed in a high-performance, high reward environment
Requirements
- Good written/spoken English & Thai
- 2 years experience in real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have proven track record selling and provide sales records
- Knowledge of Thai property market, buildings, and sales processes a plus
- Knowledge of Foreign ownership rules and process a plus
- Professional & well presented
- Motivated and driven to succeed at the highest level
- Has their own transportation.
