Zest Real Estate seeks a “Sales and Marketing” to join our team.
Focusing on our rental and sales department with marketing.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Experienced in real estate sales/marketing
- Able to communicate in English and Thai (Read, Write, Speak)
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Enthusiastic team player with an excellent personality.
- Be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในเรื่องการจัดทำเอกสารการขายเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
หรือ
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในเรื่องการจัดทำเอกสารด้านโรงแรม ผู้ช่วย หรือเลขาาก่อน อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
• ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความอดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มีความกระตือรือร้น และตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว
• เปิดใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาตัวเองอยู่ตลอดเวลา
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถออกนอกสถานที่ และทำงานนอกเวลาได้ ตามหน้างาน ลูกค้า
Responsibilities:
- Networking in communities/events.
- Create sales/marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist both buyers and sellers
- Accurately update, locate, and list new/existing real estate properties.
- Schedule and present clients with a tour of the property.
- Professionally negotiating terms and prices both with buyer and seller.
- Completing Contracts
We offer:
- Contract with a fixed salary and additional performance-related commissions/bonuses.
- Travel expenses
- Paid holidays
Salary: 25,000 THB + เบี้ยขยัน 3,000 + Commission
Working Place; Phuket – Rawai
Working hours: Sunday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm) / 6 days off monthly.
