Assistant Chief Accountant
Salary 30-35 baht
-Assist in the preparation of financial statements and analysis
-Support the requested documents for the audit
-Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
-Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
-Prepare and process payments to suppliers.
-Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounts payable transactions.
-Assist in resolving billing and payment discrepancies.
-Maintain vendor records and update payment terms as needed.
-Reconcile accounts payable with the outstanding balance to general ledger.
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Generate and analyze reports related to accounts payable
-Assist in the preparation of tax and SSO filings.
-Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Chief Accountant”.
