Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to real estate presentations, social media content, advertisements, brochures, billboards, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Interpret project requirements and concepts, using creative thinking and solutions to produce impactful design outcomes with high visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project objectives, participate in brainstorming, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience, including a portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in design software, including: Figma, Adobe Illustrator.
- Communication skills in English, allowing for effective collaboration.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to maintain high standards of design and production.
- Ability to follow current design trends and apply them within the company’s branding guidelines.
- Neatness and a meticulous approach to design work and file organization.
- Motion graphics experience is a plus.
