1.Executive Housekeeper

- Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or tourism sector, with knowledge in managing the housekeeping department, cleaning planning, resource management, and cost control.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead a cleaning team and create a work environment filled with happiness and mutual respect.

- Planning and Time Management: Capability to plan cleaning activities according to facility events and manage time and resources effectively.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick and efficient in resolving issues that arise during cleaning or maintenance tasks.

- Responsibility: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and the condition of property within the facility, including ensuring the safe use of chemicals and equipment.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication internally within the department and externally with clients or guests when necessary.

-Commitment to Cleanliness: Committed to providing quality service and ensuring the facility remains clean and free from disease-causing agents.

- Organization and Attention to Detail: Diligent in inspecting cleanliness and maintaining discipline in department management.

- Technological Knowledge: Familiarity with technology related to cleaning and maintenance, such as automated cleaning systems or cleaning equipment.

- Education: Often requires education in relevant fields such as Hotel Management or related disciplines.
