Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about local events, activities, and cultural attractions to provide up-to-date information and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in hospitality or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for providing exceptional service to guests.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred.
