1.Education: Trade certificate or higher level

qualification from a recognized culinary

school.

2.Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and

written. Fluency in a major European

language is desirable.

3.Experience: 4 years as Chef de Partie or Snr

Chef de Partie in a similar size 5-star

outlet/restaurant.
