Requirements:

• THAI NATIONAL ONLY

• Excellent local knowledge

• Able to communicate in English to a high level

• Good personal presentation and customer service skills

• Positive attitude

• Valid car driving license



Responsibilities:

• Research and prospect for property listings based on agreed targets

• Collect accurate property information

• Obtain signed agency agreements

• Schedule property inspections and photoshoots

• Regularly contact sellers to obtain up-to-date information on availability, pricing, and promotions

• Produce reports for management

• Other duties as assigned
