Skills required:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communicational skill in English.

• Demonstrates exceptional communication abilities skills and outstanding leadership qualities.

• Good understanding of the spa operation and maintains exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent customer service, strong leadership and effective people management.

• Proven ability to lead the team members in achieving organizational objectives.

• Minimum 3 years of spa management experience, preferably in a resort spa or a luxury hotel spa operation.
