● Assist users with computer issues or concerns

● Analyse, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve common and basic computing and networking

system issues

● Help the IT team to ensure that the IT operations services are available at all times

● Assist with IT administrative tasks such as coordination, meeting arrangements, vendor

coordination, software and hardware asset inventory, etc.

● Provide documentation drafts for IT services support inquiries and resolutions

● Directly reporting to Cluster IT Manager for proper coordination.
