• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 3 Years’ experience in construction of resident projects, real estate development or project management.

• Direct background in construction management, preferable hotel and residential building

• communication skills, well organized & able to deal with contractors

• Knowledge and expertise in QS system work

• Computer literacy: Auto CAD, Microsoft office or any software relevant to the position

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive interpersonal.

• Good command in both written & spoken English.
