Mission:
•	Manage 6 Wine Pro Branches nationwide.
•	Recruit and manage a team of 60 staff.
•	Improve operation standards.
•	Insure optimal merchandising.
•	Develop SOPs as needed.
•	Train team members.
•	Drive sales and profitability.
•	Report Directly to Owner.

Profile Experience and Skills:
•	Foreigner or Thai
•	Experienced in retail environment 
•	Well organized
•	System Driven
•	Good English command and reporting skills
•	Knowledge of Wine is a plus
•	Must be able to travel upcountry
