Baan Wise Phuket

Main Responsibilities
-Oversee daily villa/property operations
-Inspect properties and identify maintenance issues
-Prepare maintenance reports with photos and updates
-Coordinate and follow up with technicians, --contractors and suppliers
-Obtain and compare quotations
-Check completed maintenance work
-Coordinate housekeeping, pool and garden teams
-Write emails, reports and communicate professionally in English
-Follow up on all assigned tasks until completion

Requirements
-Good spoken and written English
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Responsible, organized, proactive and detail-oriented
-Able to solve problems and work independently
-Computer skills: Email, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
-Property, villa, hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage
-Driving licence and own transportation preferred
-Able to travel between properties around Phuket

Working: 6 days/week | Approx. 09:00–18:00
