Qualification:
• Certification in engineering or electronics is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience:
• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Previous experience as electronic technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing and circuitry

Key Accountabilities:
General:
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
• Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Installing and repairing electronic equipment
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Set up electronic systems and devices
• Read and comprehend complex manuals and diagrams
• Update reports and maintain inventory
• Able to came ON-call or emergency break down during rest day
• Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe , reliable and efficient
• Pump overhaul and repairs to all major manufactures units
• Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Do daily routine checklist for LSS and Facility
• Responsible for scheduling, updating, and providing quality assurance of the LSS preventative maintenance program. Including: monitor all filtration systems and water parameters. Filter cleaning (back washes, cleaning filter baskets, etc.)
