Job Description:
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals whose pride
themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of guest service and provide creative
solutions to our guests.
Cook/Commis II plays a vital role in the overall success of the kitchen team and the restaurants
within the resort. Your role as a Cook/Commis 2 is to provide exceptional service and support the
culinary team behind the scenes. The care you devote to all aspects of food preparation will result
in the creation of spectacular cuisine! Key responsibilities such as:
 Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and Kiosk foods
 Oversee subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking and handling of food
 May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,
and monitor and order supplies
 Follow the resorts policies and procedures and adhere to the grooming policies
 Other duties as required by the Kitchen Management.
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or GED.
 Associate’s degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.
 Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations GMP or HACCP.
 The ability to stand for extended periods.
 Willingness to learn new skills, great attention to detail
 Strong organizational and communication skills
 1-2 years in high volume kitchen environment
 Self-motivated, positive team player
 Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
