Key Responsibilities:
Gym Offers / Development
- Keeps himself/herself updated with the latest trends in the wellness/fitness industry
- Participates to events and activities to promote the gym
- Proposes, reviews and recommends new offers, packages, promotion
- Recommends and creates activities to provide a sense of community
- Increases brand awareness of STAY FIT thought the local fitness community

Gym Members
- Keep increasing the number of members for both gym and group classes
- Ensure new and current members adhere to STAY FIT rules
- Social media awareness by sharing content to Social Media Manager

Gym (STAY FIT / 8 Muay Thai / Om Studio / STAY WILD)
- Ensures that the cleaning standards are followed and applies
- Ensures all equipment are in good working orders
- Participates to group classes to monitor class format and coaches' performances

Management
- Supervises Coaches / Reception and Attendant Teams
- Recruits the right candidates
