Have a positive attitude and ensure a welcoming environment for the enjoyment and welfare of guests, in accordance with the company's health and safety legislation.
Carry out appropriate Fitness assessment and consultations and evaluate the guests’ physical condition and their needs by using the tools that are provided.
Plan and develop customized treatment plans for the guests that address the individual needs by considering their overall health, age, fitness level and any medical condition.
Taking care of the Fitness equipment regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Take ownership that the equipment is handled well by other team members as well by guests.
Ensure that the guest get a good explanation of the equipment in case they are not familiar with it.
Introduce and promote Wellness services to the guests which can be added as options during the guest stay and always keep in mind the guest’s health condition when suggesting therapies.

2+ Years' Experience in Fitness Coach preferred.
Certified in Fitness + First Aid
Good Command over English language
Good communication skills
Good Physical stamina
Strong time-management skills

- 6 days off per month
- Staff Meal

- Commission ( some position)
